Contribution to Body Awareness Project Course:
It seems like Diane Sanfilippo has all of the knowledge, tips and tricks to better health, especially when it comes to issues with the skin. Speaking from her own experiences of trial and error with many different skin products, Diane has been able to narrow down the products and foods in her diet that she’s found work best for her. It’s all about finding your “new normal” through eliminating certain foods out of your diet to see how your body and skin may respond, and then slowly reintroducing them. Diane says it best, “You are your own experiment. What might work for you, may not work for someone else.” Connecting with self is key and Diane describes this powerful process of body awareness as the most important tool in order to create the change you want to see within yourself.
